The Invitation for Cycling by Mr.Gami

Part07: BS Grand-velo in 1975

Grand-Velo was put in the market in the May 1975. We could say it was the highest grade, domestic mass-production bicycle in those days. There were two types in the lineup; the one was a road-racing model GV-PR, the other was a track-racing model GV-TR. Both frames were composed of Reynolds tubes, Cinelli lugs, and Campagnolo frame ends. Grand-velo was so-called "all-campy" racing bicycle.
As for the Road-racing model, three sizes of frame were prepared. Track-racer was a full-order model. Though customer could select some of parts, those were basically typical Italian parts of those days. You would get an image if I say Cinelli, UNICA, NISI, Crement.
As for the standard price, road-racing model was 245,000 yen, track-racing model was 198,000 yen. The delivery term was three months.

The catalog was offered by Mr. Masayuki.
